Presidential Inaugural Packages are now available for those traveling to Washington for President-elect Obama’s Inauguration.

Your OASIS Inaugural Package includes the following:

• Fully furnished one bedroom (1 full bath) or two-bedroom (two full bath) apartment in a brand new luxury apartment building located 5 blocks from the U.S. Capitol, the site of President-elect Obama’s Inauguration ceremony.  Building amenities include 24-hour front desk service, secure garage parking, state-of-the-art fitness center,and business center.



• Continental breakfast delivered daily.



• As OASIS concierge will be available to provide you with a full array of services:
                         
              * Town car and limousine service
              * Grocery shopping, meal delivery and private chef
              * At-home massage therapy and private yoga instruction
              * Hair, make-up, and manicure/pedicure arrangements
              * Personal shopping
              * Dry-cleaning and laundry service
              * Housekeeping service

Please note concierge services are subject to availability and will be billed separately.  We encourage you to secure your services at time of reservation. 

Special Package Rates:   One-bedroom            $1250 per night
                                         Two-bedroom            $1500 per night

Minimum Stay:                 3 nights

Security Deposit:              $1000

Pets & Smoking:  Sorry, no pets or smoking permitted.

Payment Terms:  50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an apartment; balance (including security deposit) is due five days prior to arrival.  All amounts due will be charged to your credit card on file.
