OASIS is pleased to offer a special “Presidential Transition Package” to individuals moving to Washington to join the Obama Administration. Whether you ultimately plan to rent or purchase a permanent home in Washington, let OASIS make your personal “transition” to Washington seamless and effortless. We will take care of everything while you settle into your new position and learn your way around the city. We will also be pleased to provide you with a real estate agent who can assist you in locating a permanent home if you so desire.

Your Presidential Transition Package includes the following:

  • Fully furnished one bedroom apartment in a brand new luxury apartment building located within walking distance of the Navy Yard and Capitol South metro stations, the US Capitol, the National Mall and numerous government agencies. (Note: Rates for two or three bedroom units, or private single-family residences, are available upon request.) Building amenities include 24-hour front desk service, state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop pool and sunning deck, business center and theater room.


  • All utilities including premium cable (HBO & Showtime), high-speed wireless internet service, and unlimited local telephone service.


  • Weekly professional housekeeping service.


  • Town car service from airport upon your arrival in Washington.


  • Two hours complimentary concierge service to help you unpack and settle into your new home.


  • An OASIS concierge will be available to provide you with a full array of concierge services to make your stay more convenient and enjoyable, including grocery shopping and meal preparation, at-home massage therapy, town car and limousine service, laundry and dry-cleaning pick-up and delivery, tickets to sporting events and concerts, and more. These additional concierge services will be billed separately.

Special Package Rate: $4500 per month based on a minimum six-month agreement. Shorter term agreements are available. Additional discounts are available if you do not require housekeeping services or if you elect a longer-term agreement. Garage parking is an additional $200 per month.
